Shipping Policy
At DEARI Gift Box, we do not offer shipping for our products at this time. Only Delivery and Pickup is offered to ensure your gift arrives on time and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
We do not accept Returns.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your gift from DEARI Gift Box. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your gift, please let us know and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation
We accept cancellations with 24 hours previous notice of your delivery or pickup date.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds if you cancel your order the same day of your delivery or pickup date.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dearigiftbox.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dearigiftbox.com.
